Used the "Megadeth Vic Rattlehead T-shirt" mod by evafan84 as a base to figure it out, go give them some love.

Install: Unzip, drag and drop folder in Cyberpunk 2077 root folder (or use Vortex).
Uninstall: Delete the waspshirt.archive file in the "Cyberpunk 2077\archive\pc\mod\" folder.
