Hello there. This is a mod, you can download it.
Use these console commands to add the items to your inventory: 

Game.AddToInventory("Items.t1_lucy", 1)
Game.AddToInventory("Items.t2_lucy", 1)
Game.AddToInventory("Items.t2_lucy_b", 1) 
Game.AddToInventory("Items.s_lucy", 1)
Game.AddToInventory("Items.l1_lucy", 1)
