Adds Scorpion's whole outfit for MascV, with fixes and improvements to the original garments. Includes a decal remover.

Dress like Scorpion from the Aldecaldos.

Meshes have been individually edited to minimize clipping, including the decals, normals have been upscaled to give a sharper look.
