Same tweaks as main version, but also unlocks all "Ultra" and "Psycho" graphics settings and sets max DLSS/FSR/XeSS sharpness sliders to 2 instead of 1... This is basically a test file, as I don't know if setting these actually does anything...

Don't mix with other files... Includes a modified options.json file to force PT for Photo Mode (this 100% works), and an ini tweak to fake 9GB VRAM (this might work)... Let me know if it actually works or not, please (if anyone tests)... Check articles...
