I've added a FOMOD installer to let you select which modules you'd like to include. Remove everything from loading videos to checkpoint animations.
RECOMMENDED:
It is recommended that you disable start screen (and RED launcher if desired) through your game launcher (ie. Steam paramters "-skipStartScreen") to jump right into the main menu. If you use other launchers such as GOG, the same things applies... just look up how to enter launch parameters for your specific launcher.
