Multi-car garage and lounge located at Corpo Plaza Apartment. Does not collide with garbage dumpsters, garbage truck, or NPC walk path's as well as the benches located here.

My first time messing with AMM. Took a lot of trial and error to see what assets would actually save and find as many as I could with working collisions. This is by no means a finished product. There are still some stretched walls with original scale collisions, some imperfections in lines where the walls meet up, but the UI is a bit clunky and I haven't quite gotten used to it. I just wanted somewhere to park my cars aside from the Megabuilding.
There's a garage door, and sliding man door, light switch for the lights, as well as your own door to the bar since the vanilla door is always open after breaking in.
I plan to add more emissive lighting around the man door and would love to know if you can actually activate the ad screens, the exterior walls need some action.
I made a ramp on the road so you don't have to scrape your cars in and out. NPC traffic seems to work well with this design even though it is a bit immersion-breaking, but I tried to work with what I had.
Please feel free to comment any suggestions, or better yet modify it to your taste and upload it. I'd love to see what can be done with some serious time put into it. I don't have much time to mess around with this game as is unfortunately.
To install this preset simply copy the folder to your game install location.
