This Mod completely renovates the H8 Penthouse in Night City both the interior and exterior

- An entirely new room in the downstairs floor
The Master Bedroom Comes With a Large Seating Area, a Marble Desk with a Neokitsch laptop, as well as a King sized bed
The rest of the Penthouse comes with a Large Corporate Lounge With Luxurious NeoKitsch Carpets and Marble Flooring, Dark Wooden Walls Lined With Gold, two large Bedrooms with a marble decorated ceiling, Seating Areas, and a Marble Desk

To instal use 7zip on the download file then put the .json file to Cyberpunk 2077\bin\x64\plugins\cyber_engine_tweaks\mods\AppearanceMenuMod\User\Decor
then select the preset in Apparence mod.
