There are two ways to install and use. Pick whichever one you like.
1. Appearance Change Unlocker
To use the Appearance Change Unlocker preset place the Tyger Claw V preset in the following directory:
bin\x64\plugins\cyber_engine_tweaks\mods\AppearanceChangeUnlocker\character-presets\female
or just install it with Vortex
2. Save Editor
1) Download Save Editor and run CP2077SaveEditor.exe
2) Load your save file
3) Switch to Appearance tab and load the Tyger Claw V Preset.
4) Click on Save Changes
5) Start your game
6) Enjoy
