You can actually leave Watson during the Cyberpunk 2077's Prologue lockdown if you just drive over 88mph (probably closer to 100mph) up through the hills towards North Oak on the East side.To do this you need a fairly quick car. You can grab a Mizutani Shion MZ2 from most Tyger Claws groups with cars in a lot of places around Little China and Kabuki. (v1.01 Early on Wakako says "The NCPD has surrounded Watson. The district is closed. If you are to make it past the cordon you must move fast."... oddly that might be a hint related to this little "exploit"?

It is possible that this area is meant to be a place that V can leave the Watson area before "The Heist" mission as I believe the game was initially intended to allow the player to circumvent the story and beat the game through their own means.

It should be noted that there are limited activities available (during the prologue) in the rest of the game world. There are plenty of items to collect though they may be above your level and enemies outside Watson are also leveled depending on area when doing this (in version 1.01)
