If there's something Bethesda games have that The Witcher doesn't, it's a world that interacts with itself, a living world. In The Witcher 3 an npc can even go home to sleep at night, this in small towns, but during the day it will always be in the same spot always doing the same thing. You'll never see it leaving the work in the late afternoon and heading to a tavern at night, or even stopping for lunch. In TW3 a guard will NEVER come out of his scripted animation to attack a monster that has appeared near the city or in it, even if the monster is two steps away from him. Walking along the road the player can be attacked by enemies like wolves, but a npc will NEVER be attack even if it stumbles over one. When things like that happen in TW3 it is always part of a cutscene or a mission. If Cyberpunk has a plastic world compared to TW3, it has a dead world compared to Skyrim or even Fallout; and it would be nice to take this into account in the video that you will talk about the possibilities for C2077.

Um...no offense, but that is wrong. Completely. I'm playing Witcher 3 right now and the guards do interact if a threat comes their way. I was riding to one of the villages and passed a Nilfgaardian outpost. Wolves ran into it and the guards immediately started attacking them with an archer shooting arrows at the wolves. As for the schedule of the NPCs, that is also wrong. It's true that guards stay in their position or scripted route, but normal NPCs go into their houses when night falls and even go to sleep. Even Merchants leave their post and no longer will sell stuff to you once a certain time of day hits, and you'll have to come back the next day.

Funny, cause I've already fought monsters under a low bridge just to find out later that on the bridge were SIX GUARDS that didn't even move. In a fight against a Gryphon, I dodged and bumped into A MOUNTED GUARD who did nothing even with the animal in his face. In the video itself it shows the player fighting an enemy passing close to the guards and they continue without interrupting their basic programming.I'm tired of encountering enemies which turn around and ignore me just cause I get out of the radius of where they were initially. The enimies have action radius, gets to be stupid and hilarious see a enemy turning around and ignoring you just cause you take a step back the radius and attack you again when you step forward. I've followed npcs that were walking around the city and they do nothing but keep walking. The others, especially in big cities, are there just like in a linear game, they only change if you attack them or SOME cases when the environment reload. And AS I SAID, in small towns some npcs at night go home to sleep but nothing more than that. Enter a tavern and see if any npc there will follow a daily routine, you won't see an NPC leaving there and going to do something else. Every time I arrive in a city the same NPCs are always doing the same things, random unscheduled events (like seeing a citizen helping guards attack an unscripted approaching enemy) don't happen in TW3. I could write many exemples of it, but as it seems became the rule to exalt TW3 it has to demote Skyrim even in what it is better than TW3, so asking for a fair comparison became something almost impossible.

And just to complete, this confrontation you mentioned is a SCHEDULED EVENT, the guards didn't attack them cause the enemies followed you from the middle of the forest to a city, how can happen in Skyrim. Did you understand the difference now?
And if you notice, you will see that the Cyberpunk's npcs have the SAME programming of the npcs of the big cities in TW3

this is nothing to do with modding or CP77 mods. Why you post it here? To get few free clicks?

If a modder want to improve C2077, the video shows things that could be improve.
