Random Little Quests is now available as a dfmod. It requires DFU version 1.1.1 as a minimum. If you install it, be sure to delete any "Random Little Quests" folders inside your existing QuestPacks folder, if you installed the old version. Also adds an overcast night event that relies on your legal reputation.
From now on I will only update the dfmod, to save some effort. It has all functions and is easier for the user to install and maintain. If you insist on using the QuestPacks version, you can download the files from the github mirror and place them in the \Streaming Assets\QuestPacks folder like before.

My purpose is to make a bunch of ordinary, low-level encounters, as I think the more lively the world is, the better (within reason of course). Depending on whether it's foggy, snowy, rainy, cloudy, or sunny outside, you'll get different events. No content is duplicated from any other mod.
These events will happen outdoors in cities, hamlets, and villages. There is a 2/3 chance of an event happening every 9 to 14 hours (previously was 26).
* As of July 2022, this mod has a feature called Locational Events: one city at a time in your current region may be plagued by enemies (rats, bandits, etc) for one week at a time, on a level-gated system.
