Skulduggery - A Thief Overhaul
Thief Items - The Fence NPC in the thieves guild now sells:
Lockpicks: +20% Lockpicking when equipped.
Mark of The Guild: +20% Streetwise when equipped.
Distracting Bracelet: +20% Pickpocket when equipped.
Hook and Rope: +20% Climbing when equipped.
Pebbles of Skulduggery: +20% Stealth when equipped.
Lockpick - Removed level scaling. - Chance based on Lockpicking, Agility, Intelligence and Luck.
Pickpocket - Removed level scaling. - Chance based on Pickpocket, Agility, Speed and Luck.
Stealth - Remove level scaling. - Chance based on Stealth, Agility and Luck. - You only train Stealth while in sneak mode, unless lucky. - Crouching while sneaking increases sneak chance further. - Armor heavily affects Stealth check. - Stealth Mastery halves penalties.
Breaking and Entering - Moving inside a locked shop at night causes Stealth checks. - Failed Stealth checks causes text indicating you are about to be discovered or guards arriving. - Taking items from containers requires a Pickpocket check, difficulty based on item weight. - Houses have chances of better loot based on building quality and Luck.
City Guards and the Law - Guards now only need to see you and be within 5 meters to arrest you. - It is possible to bribe guards who are attempting to arrest you.
