Gives the wandering town NPCs their generic face when standing still instead of their usual face which doesn't match their portraits. This also matches enemy NPCs and the guards in town for consistency. Best for Retro mode. Best audience are those sick of the fake smiles on the town people who generally act like jerks ;)
This also fixes how the leg pokes through the tunics of the Nord male NPCs, especially the one in the kilt which makes it look ridiculous. Also cleans up any stray pixels some NPCs had standing still and walking.
Now has Android version.
