fix for the Backless Plague Doctor skin. the combat sprite should work now.

copy and overwrite the image to the folder (assuming you didn't change the default slot of the mod): 
steam\steamapps\common\DarkestDungeon\heroes\plague_doctor\plague_doctor_E\anim
