The Raiju is a Darkest (Lv 6.) Bossfight that takes place in the Sunward Isles. The fight is designed to be a bit difficult and should require a bit of pre-planning in order to beat. This mod requires the Sunward Isles Mod (or the Sunward Isles Vanilla Mod) as this is an addon to its content.
Activating the Raiju's Quest Beating the Umibozu will unlock this quest. The quest consists of a short hallway leading up to the Raiju's fight, so torch and shovel supplies are disabled.
After the Rajiu Slaying the Raiju makes you a target for its followers, the Iga-Gani, and they will hunt you continuously while you're in the Isles. A group of 4 Iga-Gani have a 25% chance of appearing in any quest. Beating a group of Iga-Gani will reward you with a Sunward or Very Rare rarity trinket, with the chance of a Sunward trinket being dropped increasing in higher difficulties.
