Description
I got sick of my runs getting wrecked by everyone getting afflictions so often, so now heroes have an even chance of getting an affliction or virtue. Ideally I think I would prefer to remove virtues and nerf afflictions to compensate, thus removing the random element entirely, but that sounds like a lot of work, so here, have a single variable change instead.
The 5% minimum affliction chance is still in effect, so don't go thinking you're perfectly safe from madness if you stick two Hero's Rings on someone.
