Changed the resolve icons to match the dungeon level colors

Always felt weird for me that the resolve colors don't have any link with the dungeons available.
Changed colors in icons so they match with dungeons and added some decorations in last levels icons.
- Levels 0,1,2 icons are shades of green.
- Levels 3,4 are orange-yellowish.
- Levels 5,6 are red.
Installation
Just extract in the Darkest Dungeon main folder, usually "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\DarkestDungeon"
and accept to overwrite the files (you will find the vanilla ones in this mod's files section so you don't have to make a backup).
Uninstall
Same as with the modded icons but download the vanilla ones from the files section.
