About this mod
This mod gives new effects to the vanilla item Laudanum
- Permissions and credits
This mod buffs Laudanum to make it actually useful against stress:
-Removes Horror (already an effect)
-Heals 5 points of stress (might need more, balance issues)
-A -30% stress damage taken buffwhich lasts 5 rounds (most effects last only 3)
Changelog v1.1:
-Stress heal is now 10
-The stress resist buff now lasts 2 battles (to prevent laudanum spam)
-Fixed a missing fx effect
To install, extract the downloaded file, copy the contents and paste them into your Darkest Dungeon folder, there should be a prompt asking if you want to overwrite a file, confirm and then run the localization.exe file in the localization folder of the game (otherwise Laudanum's name and description won't be avaiable)
WARNING: if you have any other mod that modifies the provision file of the game (mods such as The Hell, Scarlet Ruins... mods that give you extra items on your provision file) you will have to copy the new laudanum line (laudanum_pupi) from my file and paste it into your provision file, if you don't, my file will replace other mod's provisions!
