This is a short note on the expanded matchmaking range option in Blue Acolyte, and how it works.

In short - it works with wex dust (meaning to use this feature, you must be using wex dust as well) and it will scan each area for every SM tier you can invade above your current one - you cannot invade lower SM players with this.

Once the area has been completely searched, it will move onto the next one, and check all SM tiers above yours in that area, and so on.

It's only really there for if you want to be at a potentially significant disadvantage to the player who you are invading. For example you could be SL 20 in the Forest of Fallen Giants and connect with a max level player in the DLC and their gank squad.

It has been thoroughly tested, and has not caused any bans. It doesn't modify your save file, or game data, and is purely querying the server for higher level players. You can toggle it on or off at any time, and if it is on it will display an icon (alongside wex dust) in the mod banner.

I hope this helps clear up any question on it. If there is more information you would like feel free to leave a comment or message me and I'll do my best to answer.

Thanks!

So basically if you want to be an arbieter (which is impossible without this non-stop search) you have to only fight higher levels? Isn't it tarded? I mean in DS2 phantoms are in Greeeeat disadvantage over player with no heal avalible you make it harder by putting the level higher in invasions?

Please get rid of this feature, just let use the normal standart summon range, it is pretty fair especially in blue orb.

I'm not sure I understand, this feature is an optional addition to wex dust. If you don't like it you can just turn it off and use wex dust as with normal matchmaking.

In fact it's off by default, only very few people will likely use it, and only if they want to.
