This is a mixture of Faraam Set with Leohard's Garb this is to fix the visible neck issue of the Faraam set which is awful for fashion souls.
Hoping for all modders out there who can do a custom mod for this :D I don't know how to mod because I don't have the skills but Im hoping someone could do it for us :D
