A ReShade I made out of bordem, Sadly it messes up the UI by making the HUD and inventory almost Invisible.

      I used a program called Reshade to make this. There is a setting in there called adaptive fog, You can use that plugin on top of others inside Reshade to achieve a look similar to this.
