About this mod

This is a Mod that aims to make the game more "open" in the early game (if you endure the farming for it) and giving you tools to create extremely powerful characters to smash your way through tough bosses or higher NG cycles!

Easy to install, easy to enjoy. Just be careful to block Dark Souls in your Firewall to play properly offline!

Backup your Files before Installation!
Block Dark Souls 3 in your firewall, to prevent getting banned! (This mod changes the Data0.bdt file, which is pretty much a guaranteed Insta-Ban if you are online)

What does this mod NOT do and why:
- Changing ingame descriptions
This is because the ingame descriptions are stored in another file. If I would change them, you would need to unpack DS3 files, install the other files. If you want to play with friends online, you need to uninstall the mod. So with more files, more file management, more time loss, more annoyance and so on.
So to put it simple: This is to keep the mod simple and not dependant on other mods (Specifically a program that unpacks DS3 files), so players can enjoy the mod without having ~50Gb more on their disk just for this mod.


Here are the changes this mod currently provides:

Derp Souls 1.0

Changelog:

- Carry capacity

- Increased the amount of the max carryable amount of pretty much everything

- Items

- Resins apply their effect for 120 seconds now with a slightly buffed amount
- Rotten Pine Resin now applies 100 Toxic instead of Poison (Testing)
- Carthus Rouge Bleed increased to 100
- Bundles apply their effect for 40 seconds now with a buffed amount
- Rusted Coins/Gold Coins now last for 120 seconds
- Inreased Item discovery
- Now increase the soulgain by x2
- Increased soulgain of Soulitems (Excluding Bosssouls currently)
- Increased the stamina recovery by Blossoms

- Upgrade Materials

- Titanite Shards, Large Titanite, Titanite Chunk, Twinkling Titanite, Titanite Scale: Price decreased, Sellprice increased
- Titanite Slabs can now be bought infinite for 50.000 Souls each (After placing all Cinders of a Lord)

- Many Buffspells have their duration increased to 120 seconds
- Deep Protection Stamina gain increased, damage slightly increased
- Carthus Flame arc scaling increased
- Power Within Damage increased
- Sunlight spear damage slightly inceased
- Way of White Corona base damage and scaling heavily increased
- Sacred Oath damage buff slightly increased
- Lightning Blade scaling slightly increased
- Darkmoon Blade sclaing slightly incresed
- Dark Blade scaling slightly increased

- Farron Greatsword can now be buffed, scalings buffed
- Wolnir's Greatsword can now be buffed

- Warden Twinblades reworked (Are now a pure bleed weapon)

- Is now a lategame weapon and can only be wielded by high Lvl characters
- Has Damage in every damage type and scaling in every Stat
- STILL BEING MONITORED, ESPECIALLY THE RAW INFUSION WHICH SEEMS TO BREAK THE WEAPON TO THE POINT OF BEING ABSURDLY OVERPOWERED
- Morne's Greathammer changed
- Has VERY high stat requirements
- Insanely high Physical damage and very good scalings
- Can be buffed
- STILL BEING MONITORED, SCALING NEEDS TO BE ADJUSTED
- Dark Hand Reworked
- Instead of being a cheese weapon for the early game, it now is a lategame Monster for chanters
- Has high stat requirements
- Can cast Sorcery, Pyromancy, Miracles
- Extremely good scaling (Is monitored)
- Crystal Sage's Rapier item discovery increased

- Shields

- Havel's shield is now a 100% shield in everything, but has a weight of 45
- Shield of Want soulgain increased (together with Mendicant's stuff)

- Rings

- Nearly every Ring has been buffed, the most significant ones:
- Calamity Ring increases the soul gain and your damage output while still receiving double damage
- Skull Ring increases soul gain (currently a absurd high amount, will be reduced)
- Wood Grain Ring gives Luck

- Fixes
- Fixed Rotten Pine Resin, changed back to Poison, as Toxic was not working
- Fixed Poison to apply Damage as intended
- Changed Blood Warden Twinblades to original Physical damage
- Mornes Great Hammer Base damage and scalings decreased
- Frozen Weapon should now apply the correct Frostbite Damage and debuff
- Carthus Flame Arc damage reduced
- Pyromancy Flame scaling reduced
