There's nothing wrong with vanilla short hair for males, but it's a nice visual change occasionally. Plus ScreamingMandragora's textures look very stylish. Check out ScreamingMandragora's Female Face and Hair Texture Overhaul Pack mod!
This mod was made for personal use, and I just wanted to share it with those interested. This mod converts one of the female hair model files into the short hair male model, then uses ScreamingMandragora's hair textures.
How to install and uninstall
- Extract files into "DARK SOULS REMASTERED" folder. (More specifically you want to replace HR_M_0011.partsbnd.dcx and HR_M_0011_M.partsbnd.dcx located "parts" folder.)
- To uninstall verify integrity of game files on Steam. Or if you don't want to do that, I included a backup file inside the zip file.
