Two chakra modes, which can stack on top of each other (and a third spell simultaneously), Six Paths Sage Mode and Nine Tails Chakra Mode (KCM)
It would of course form KCM Six Paths Sage Mode.

Six Paths Sage Mode + Nine-Tails Chakra Mode from Naruto
- This requires the Age of Sunlight mod. -
Six Paths Sage Mode is a golden empowering aura from a mysterious old sage.
Greatly regenerates HP, moderately buffs defense and attack (Greatly increases magic/divine defense)
Coats user in a golden chakra cloak that enhances entire body and held items with lightning attacks. On top of that, it enhances the attack power of spells/miracles, and provides +9 attunement slots while active. Can be stacked with KCM and another spell.
The spell is effected by rings that modify duration and use, and does scale with faith and talismans.
Six Paths mode will endure even if you teleport away or quit the game, as long as it was casted before KCM.
Duration: 3 Minutes (and 3 Uses)
Requires 60 Faith, Must be human, and can not be a Darkwraith.
Weak to curse damage
(Sunlight Talisman and Champion's Flame automatically activates SO6P mode for less Faith and Intelligence)
KCM/Nine-Tails Chakra Mode has fiery aura that empowers the user in other ways.
Provides increase in attack power (especially fire) and speed.
Engulfs user in a fiery chakra cloak that greatly increases fire defense and further reduces incoming damage, as well as enhances your entire body and held items with fire attacks. Can be stacked with SO6P mode and another spell.
The spell is effected by rings that modify duration and use, and does scale with faith/intelligence and level of flame.
Nine-Tails Chakra Mode will endure even if you teleport away or quit the game, so long as it was casted before SO6P mode.
Duration: 3 Minutes (and 3 Uses)
Requires 9 Intelligence, 33 Faith, and costs 3 humanity per cast.
Weak to bleed damage
Spell Locations:
Obtain Six Paths Sage Mode by giving 10 Sunlight Medals to the Sunlight Altar.
Obtain Nine-Tails Chakra Mode (Kurama Chakra Mode/KCM) from the gloriously hollow Male Undead Merchant or the moss girl that has a crush on you.
rumor has it that she's the nine tails :D

Side Notes
If the spells are too busted for you, try using the calamity ring, stay low level, or go on NG+
Great Lightning Spear was moved to chest at the bottom of Blighttown, Flourishing Ring moved to a corpse in Undead Burg.
Sunlight Talisman and Champion's Flame activating Six Paths Sage Mode was a bug, now is a feature.
