Small mod to make hollow characters retain human appearance. This is purely visual, and you will still need to spend a humanity to actually become human in order to kindle bonfires or summon help. The soft humanity count on the HUD will still appear dim while hollowed, so that can be used to easily determine if your character is hollow or not without resting at a bonfire.
This mod does not alter any params, and does not do anything that would affect your save file, so it should theoretically be safe to use while online, but I can't 100% guarantee that.
Installation: ModEngine2 is required to load this mod as it is a dll mod. As of the time I'm uploading this mod, ModEngine2 isn't officially released for Dark Souls Remastered, but you can still get it by downloading and installing either Dark Souls Re-Remastered or DSR Shader Overhaul. Once ModEngine2 is installed from either source, copy the NoVisualHollowing folder from the download into the ModEngine2 folder, and add "NoVisualHollowing/no_visual_hollowing.dll" to the external_dlls list in config_darksoulsremastered.toml. After that, just launch the game with launchmod_darksoulsremastered.bat so that ModEngine2 can load the mod
