[THIS MOD WORKS ON BOTH VERSIONS, HOWEVER YOU WILL NEED TO DO DIFFERENT METHODS FOR BOTH SO READ THE DOCUMENTATION SECTION FOR THE DEFINITIVE VERSION METHOD AS THAT WAS ADDED AFTER I FIRST RELEASED THE MOD]
This mod changes the game by giving you 99 skill points (Enough to max out the entire skill tree), all inventory wheel slots and the max health stat instantly at Level 1.
This is a game file edit, therefore you won't have to use a specific save for this mod as it specifically modifies the overall character level files, meaning all of your existing saves and any new ones made after will instantly receive the mod effects.
This mod WILL NOT RESET YOUR CHARACTER LEVEL ON EXISTING SAVES as all the current levels in the game have been left in the files themselves and will just give you max skill points and max health cap regardless of your character's current level. This also means you can still level up normally as you would in-game to still give you a sense of character progression.
To download, follow the guide in README in the mod download archive (you will need WinRAR)

IMPORTANT NOTICE: There seems to be a very small chance of the game possibly glitching and resetting your character level if you have any saves from level 51-60 from before the mod so be cautious and I HEAVILY RECOMMEND BACKING UP SAVES FROM LEVEL 51-60 IN CASE the game does glitch out and reset the character level.
