THIS MOD WORKS ON NVIDIA CARDS, AMD CARDS and INTEL ARCInstallation:
Extract the archive to the following folder:
\Dead Island 2\DeadIsland\Binaries\Win64
Make sure it is in the same directory as the DeadIsland-Win64-Shipping.exe file.(This should also work for the GamePass version.)
How to Use:
- Set the in-game AMD FidelityFX Super Resolution 2 preset to your preferred DLSS/FSR3 or XeSS setting.
(The quality level settings are identical for all upscalers. For DLSS you need RTX card)
2. Lock FPS half of you monitor refreshrate, frame generation will do the rest (do it please ingame)
(this is needed if you are gona use frame generation)
Optional use DLSS Reg overrides if you never did this before with other DLSS mods (also in download section) - The mod uses the following settings by default:
- DLSS
- DLSS FIX
- FG + HUD FIX
- To customize the settings:
- Press the Insert key during gameplay.
- Select your preferred upscaler and frame generation options.
I am playing myself in 1080p@120 fps with FG (real fps is 60)
