9/21 UPDATE! V2 RELEASED!
I made his lips a bit smaller, softened his eyebrow shape, gave him more subtle darkness around his eyes, and even darkened his eyes to look a bit closer to the hazel color he had in the original game. I'll keep V1 of Younger Frank up for the people who prefer that flavor though.

Hello all! This is my edit of Frank to make his features on his face look a bit younger while also not trying to make him look TOO handsome. The original hairline modding is taken from BenVargusson's great Concept Art Accurate Frank mod which should definitely be downloaded if you'd prefer your Frank looking a bit more like his original concept art designs but it isn't required for this mod to work.
Aside from the hair mesh, the rest of the mod was edited by me. I've edited his face textures, normal map, and drawn some bolder eyebrows on that fit his face a little bit better in the new style of the game's graphics.
As of right now, the only hairstyles/heads that work correctly are the default, the bald head, and all three hair dyes. I don't own all of the dlc outfits so I likely won't be doing the faces for those. Let me know what you all think and if I should make any other changes.
