There's not much more to say about it, it's just a save file
It's casual difficulty and it has a bunch of stuff in the inventory
I made it for people like myself because I couldn't find a save like this and had to actually endure that scene lol
DS2's save directory is
%USERPROFILE% \ Documents \EA Games\Dead Space 2\
It will override your first save slot though so if you don't want that, just change the number in the file name.
