After doing some tests I decided to update the files due to some issues I found.
DXGI.DLL renamed to D3D9.DLL (for better compatibility)
Changes to installation:
When updating the reshade, use version 3.4.0 and not 3.4.1 (shader issue occurs with 3.4.1)
When selecting API at start of reshade update, select Direct3D 9, for proper update and compatibility

Trouble Shooting: Mod
Install the DX9 final release if you haven't done so previously. DX9 Final Release June2010
DX install: Download and run the file, tell it to extract to c:\dx, then after goto c:\dx and run the dxsetup file.
This will not downgrade your DirectX but rather add support files required by ENB, Reshade and SweetFX.
Check to make sure you are using the newest graphics drivers.
Try disabling any overlay, turbo or overclocking software.
- Additionally.... Thanks to TopDollar86
Just in case anyone else was having the same problem...
Turns out Precision XOC is obsolete and EVGA no longer support it. I had no idea.
The new software is called Precision X1 and after uninstalling the former
and installing the latter I have had no issues running any of the Dead
Space games with Precision X1 running.
So if you're still running Precision XOC, uninstall it and install Precision X1 instead.
