Replaces some Bridges/UCA decals in distribution centers, waystations and knot cities with Bridges I decals (aka, the stuff that's there before you link them up with the Qpid.) See screenshots for exactly what things are affected.

Please don't hesitate to leave a comment if anything feels off or something is missing. I'm hoping to replace vehicle decals in a similar manner, but we'll see.
