"fixes" the glossy black bogies of the DE6 demonstrator paintjob while also making the engine not chrome

This mod is a skin for the DE6 that looks identical to base game demonstrator except with some "fixes" applied
1. Bogies are no longer glossy black
2. The engine is now rusty as hell (guess the machine factory didn't use stainless steel)
and that's all it does.
Can be applied using the comms radio or by purchasing a can found in shops for $25000. (only needed on exterior, cab can use either demonstrator paint or the fixed paint)
Requires Skin Manager.
