Common library to help with adding mod translations
Users can now override the translations provided by a mod with their own text:
Open the mod manager menu in-game with Ctrl-F10
Expand the Language Helper settings
Click the "New Override File" button next to the name of the mod that you want override
Use the "Open Folder" button to show where the new translation file has been created.
Use a CSV editor like Excel to to modify and save the translation file.
Reload the translations using the button in the mod settings or restart the game (some mods will require a restart for changes to take effect).
