This mod improves some of the textures in the game. The new textures are usually 2x or 4x size and improved with AI upscale and hand touched using Photoshop. It's tested on the Director's Cut version of the game but it should work on the regular version too.
Installation: 1. Launch the game go to OPTIONS>VIDEO>ADVANCED and put DX11 ON (you should also have anisotropic filtering on 16x) 2. Quit the game 3. Extract the archive to the main installation folder of the game (something like ?:\Steam\steamapps\common\Deus Ex Human Revolution Director's Cut or right-click in your steam library MANAGE>BROWSE LOCAL FILES) 4. You can play the game with new modded textures (check the screenshots and video to compare if the mod is active and the new textures are loaded)
This mod uses SpecialK which can be opened with ctrl+shift+backspace while in the game
