Like the description says it's for HDC version of the game
to install go to Steam\steamapps\common\Devil May Cry HD Collection\data\dmc3\Video\ and extract the contents of the rar file there
the videos are rendered in 1280x720 because the game doesn't load/read other resolutions. The upscale method was made by Che, me and spider upscaled/re-rendered them out wit our pc's. Recently I came upon flowframes interpolation program and decided to try it out and was satisfied with how it works
