Adjusts max level (up or down). Max level supported is 127

If you set max level > 99, the moment you hit max exp you will instantly level to the new max level.
There are 2 hardcoded limitations:

To avoid having corrupted save files, I strongly recommend you back up your characters before messing with max level settings.
The default character save files (for D2RMM) are located at C:\Users\<your username>\Saved Games\Diablo II Resurrected\mods\D2RMM
There are 2 hardcoded limitations:
- Save files cannot have levels > 127. This means you could have a character in game with level > 127, but the moment you save it and log out, it will be capped to 127
- Exp cannot exceed 32 bit unsigned int max value (i.e. ~4.2 billion). This is actually very close to level 99 exp, thus there's not much room left for us to play with in terms of exp gain.
