This tool is open source and can be compiled for yourself from https://github.com/ItsShiZZa/D2RCameraTool
Allows you to alter the angle of the camera or zoom in and out almost infinitely far. The game is still playable in most cases. This is for single player use only, you will very likely be banned if you try to use this on battle.net (if it works at all) because it edits values in the memory of the game. A Cheat Engine table (.CT file) is also included if you prefer not to use the tool. Exercise patience because both the Cheat Engine table and tool require array of byte (AoB) scans to complete in order to locate the necessary values in memory.

This library can cause false positives on some virus scans.
