No Minlevel On Uniques
This mod has two configurable options, you can turn either of them on or off as preferred:
1. Remove Minlevel Requirement (on by default)
All uniques and facets can be used from level 1 - given that you have enough str/dex to use the item. Just like the very early days of Diablo 2.
2. Set all bonuses to their maximum values (off by default)
All magical properties are set to their maximum values. 10-15 fire resist always rolls 15. Plus 1 to 15 fire damage always rolls +15. This does not alter the basic damage and durability stats of the base item.
