Made it possible to simply modify static parameter values from each Necromancer skills. To check if the mod is working, check the skills tab since it should also update the values within.
Food for thought:
1.) This mod only enables modification of parameter values in "skills.txt" and the max pet amount of summons.
2.) Summon count of Iron Golem was not configured (still 1) since I want to keep the persisting summon unique and don't know how to modify the code to make other iron golem summons be persistent.
3.) I made Max Number of Summons to 99.
4.) I made Max Number of Teeth Missile to 99.
5.) Did not modify mana cost since there are already a lot of mods that give infinite mana/mana regen.
6.) If using any other mod that modify skill tree values of Necro, put this on higher priority if you want these changes to take effect rather than other mods that modify the same file and columns.
Warning: Do not set values super high or low because it will mess up your game. Also, I think some skills are being used by monsters, so you may get one shot if you set values super high (not 100% sure so keep it in moderation just to be safe).
Note: I made this for my own personal use and decided to share because why not XD I have not encountered any bugs as of yet (because I only adjust slight amounts to buff some skills) but you probably will if you set the values too high or low. Also, some skills have computations that determine the final value of a stat and I am too tired/lazy to explain it so please don't ask on how they are calculated. Blizzard decided not to share them in the in-game ui so look through the files or use the wiki on how the computations are made.
I will try to create and share for the other classes once I get some free time from work. Thanks!
