This mod moves all completed milestones (meaning at maximum level, no more points to be gained) to the end of the milestones list and also takes away their gold background, to make it easy to tell at a glance which ones you still have available to work on. It also show the progress of incomplete milestones.

Normally, the milestones window mixes together "completed" milestones (meaning ones that have reached maximum level and won't give you any more permit points) with incomplete ones, which makes it unclear at a glance which milestones actually remain incomplete. This mod moves completed milestones to the end of the list (appearing after "unknown" milestones, if you haven't discovered all of them yet) and removes their gold background, so that you can still look at them any time you want but they are comfortably out of the way.
In addition, each incomplete milestone now has a "pie slice" progress indicator on the button, just like the daily tasks do, so you can see at a glance which ones are closest to completion.
By default, the progress indicator shows progress to the next level at which you will get a license point bonus, but there is a config file option to instead show progress towards total completion of the final level of the milestone.
This is a standard BepInEx 6 mod, so follow the standard Dinkum modding instructions and put the DLL file in your plugins folder. To create the config file, open Dinkum and immediately close it again. The mod is also safe to remove at any time because it does not affect your save file in any way.
