What this mod includes:
- Uses Smooth Weapons Enhanced (perk_enhanced.pk3) as a base.
- Uses gloved fist from Dae's Smooth Weapons Enhanced.
- Compatible with WADs that change the games palette.
- You now switch between weapons at double the regular speed.
- Reanimated SSG, similar to animation seen in Brutal Doom.
- Supports various in game options such as changing handedness, changing gloves, etc.
- Added compatible with wadsmoosh, Voxel Doom (removed smooth rocket explosions).
- Compatible with WADs that do not make changes to weapons/berserk.
- Works with Legacy of Rust, see below.
- Updated pump-shotgun animation, inspired by PS1 Doom.
I want to play with Legacy of Rust:
Please download this mod Legacy of Rust weapons for GZDoom.
Then download the LOR compatibility patch from this mod page, then open zslor-patch.zip and take the two files from within and copy them over to zslorweapons-main.zip to patch it.
Then use the following load order or similar,
doom2.wad
jsmooth.pk3
id1.wad
id24res.wad
zslorweapons-main.zip (patched)
Changelog:
Version 1.2 - Updated animations for super shotgun when using black gloves to be consistent with the regular gloved version.
Version 1.3 - Fixed Vanilla version, now uses Doom graphic format properly instead of .png.
Version 1.4 - Increased compatibility with LOR version, restored vanilla shotgun spite - with that one pixel removed.
