Gave the FAL and SVD the ability to mount suppressors.
Replaced the previous AK-103 textures, model and UI with new ones taken from IOV.
Added a twenty second fuse version of the IED, beeping sound effects, and a reminder of the fuse time in the GUI.
Replaced the copy-paste of SWAT wall and demo charges with unique new explosives. The Block Charge creates "loopholes" in walls that can be fired through but are too small to walk through,, and the Heavy Demo Charge is even more destructive than the Rangers wall breach.

The Nowheraki Partisans are a vanilla balanced faction. They have speed, good long-range weapons, covert units, numbers and powerful explosives on their side-but a lack of good armour and mediocre shooting skills means they'll need to exploit their advantages to the fullest in order to succeed.
This mod adds five classes: The Saboteur, a covert operative who specializes in planting or throwing a variety of powerful explosives. The Spec Ops, a member of an elite unit with superior equipment and skills compared to the other classes(though still not a match for the Rangers and CIA) The Guerilla, a fast moving, half-cost rifleman who can go suspicious but not covert. The Heavy, a half-cost trooper with a PKM or RPG-7 for devastating long range firepower, but little armour or CQC ability. The Sharpshooter, a half-cost marksman with a specialized rifle for every situation.
Also includes API ammo, pipe bombs, IEDs, western optics on AKs, UHMWPE armour, and more...
The core of the faction is complete and it is fully playable, but expect to see better textures and UI art, more guns, and fine tuned balance for this mod in the future.
