A new cutscene added to Minas Ioth

Quests and Legends just continues to get better. The chief just added a new cutscene where you hear the Blight General discuss the situation and give orders to a super elite when you enter Minas Ioth outskirts for the first time at the beginning of the mod. This adds a dramatic entry into a mod that should really be classified as an expansion pack.
