@Liaren Yep, that's Origins. Sebastian's armor is from "Back to Ferelden" mod by Sabrine. However, it's not included in the mod itself, instead, you can download the Vael armor and Longbow (the one you give to Sebastian as a gift in DA2) as a separate mod.
