Capes in Chaotic Blue

I've been trying to implement capes in the game.. its not really an easy feat as they are not implemented or have a skeleton of their own. however I did managed to do something remotely similar to having them... sadly, some clipping can occur with the weapons... believe me. this is the best I could do. feel free to try them at:
