This is where a Mage, of all people becomes the Viscount of Kirkwall. The Champion of Kirkwall has done her duty after defeating the Knight Commander when she turned on her when it was power she was after all along.
She was sworn fealty as everyone here knelt to her as she put her staff back on her back. Confused, but accepting, later, she did tell the new Knight Commander Cullen she would not be the Viscount after all.

Here's a fact: You do know that the Hero of Ferelden met Isabella, right? Remember the duelist in The Pearl? Same person, just different meshes is all. She has a ship, is bi, loves strong assertive women, (like the Warden and the Champion) and is not afraid to get her hands dirty.
