I like his mouth. I think his expression is more idealistic than ironic. Maybe you could change his eyebrows. An arched eyebrow would look ironic. I only guess, that the character creator doesn't allow to edit a single eyebrow. Maybe both eyebrows a little bit higher would look more ironic. Another suggestion: he could look a little weather-beaten. I guess except for his scar and the port-wine stain he is looking handsome with relatively smooth skin. I could imagine some skin folds and maybe some grey strands of hair (if possible). Just an idea.
Yes, you're right, of course. His skin is already coarse-pored. I guess, personally I would prefer him looking a little bit older, because I think, that he became ironic over the years. For this reason I suggested some folds. But that's not necessary, because even a younger man can already be ironic, of course. Just forget, what I wrote, please!
