Apply number of tactics slots changes in exptable immediately upon loading the game.

This mod check for changes in number of tactics slots in exptable, and apply the change immediately to all of your companions, instead of having to wait for a level up to apply the change.
Use this mod with Pheelon's More Tactic Slots per Level or with your own exptable modifications. Not compatible with Combat Tweaks due to a change in Combat Tactics skills in CT.
