In anticipation of the release of DA:I, I recently decided to do another run through of Origins/Awakening/DA2, and was struck once again with the inconsistencies between the recurring characters. I know there's quite a few mods out there that address this, some very well, but wanted to give it a go myself.
I decided to start with one of my favorites: Anders. This is my version of him for Awakening, made to match (as closely as possible) my morph for him for DA2. I'm not 100% satisfied with him yet, so consider this a WIP.
Mods required:
Dracomies True Textures
Included with the DA Redesigned mod - if you're not using it already you only need to install the textures. If you are using it you don't have to do anything extra, but you might have to delete the Anders morph from that mod (called hm_gxa000fl_anders.mor) or they'll conflict.

I have included the option to download the .mop and .mrh files as well. You'll still need to download the main file as it includes the required face textures.
