Changes Soft Leliana's epilogue gear to her beautiful armor from the Leliana Item Pack mod. Keep in mind that this does not apply to a Hardened Leliana; There's some kind of scripting issue that prevents affecting her in that situation.
To install, unzip the downloaded file, then place the Lel_Epilogue_ItemPK folder in your override folder. This mod will conflict with any mods that affect her epilogue armor (epi200cr_leliana.utc). Make sure to install before the epilogue, or it won't work.
